From an advanced collector's estate. Single owner and always adult owned. Never played with. Doesn't even look like it was displayed. Includes original cardboard wrap around insert. Not sure how you could do better. Oh…the box DOES have shelf/storage wear. Note pictures. VERY scarce. These rarely come around.
